Apprenticeship Programs

Apprenticeships offer real-world, hands-on experience that classroom education often can’t replicate. You’ll gain practical skills that are highly valuable in today’s job market.

Capital’s technician apprenticeships are paid positions. You can earn while you learn, avoiding the burden of student loan debt that often comes with traditional education.

Apprenticeships provide you with experienced mentors who can guide you and help you grow in your profession. You’ll have the chance to learn from the best in the business.

At Capital, we are proud to employ apprentices and journeymen who have gone through the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission.

Training & Development

We have many opportunities for paid education and training in-house as well as training from the Manufacturer.

Vacation

We value our employees and want everyone to take their vacation time. We offer a minimum of 2 weeks vacation each year.
