Sean Hale has enjoyed living in Regina since moving to the city from Rouleau, SK to attend classes at the University of Regina. He describes his new surroundings as a cool city. Since starting at Capital, Sean has attended various training, including courses pertaining to the business manager position. When asked what Sean though was unique and interesting about working at Capital he was certainly excited about working in the Approval Center here at Capital Ford Lincoln. He also mentioned that, as far as he is aware it's the only one of it's kind. "We work with the banks as well as the (sales staff) here to get customers into the vehicles they want"
Sean Hale's history with Capital Ford Lincoln as he describes it; his first real career. He has however worked for a summer with the Saskatchewan Government cleaning office buildings at night. When asked what he thought of his time there he was very positive and made mention, "...gives you a great perspective on work and life." His first summer job was at New York Fries, and he has also worked with the Sask Government in inventory control. Some of the challenges and rewards that have come along with Sean's career have been his passion to get clients the car they deserve. "It's great to be able to get people into the right car, especially if other companies can't."
When Sean isn't working he finds time to participate in sports and outdoor pursuits. "I love sports. Mainly Volleyball/Wallyball, Golf, Dodge ball, Tennis, Baseball, and I love watching Soccer and Football." His interests outside of work also include travel and all sorts of music, especially live. In fact Sean has travelled abroad to Mexico, Germany, Italy and wants to see the UK next.
Sean describes his longterm goals as wanting to own a house or condo and traveling. To compliment those Sean is also involved with volunteer and charity work that include Hunger In Moose Jaw, where Sean used to help children living under the poverty line get breakfast and lunch.
On the lighter side of things, when asked what Sean's favorite car was it was clear he's in love with the Lincoln MKZ but still finds a soft spot for his 76' Cadillac. He also mentioned his favorite food is all exotic foods, his book of choice is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas - Hunter S. Thompson, and his favorite quote is by Martin Luther King JR. when he said "The goal of education [in all mediums] is intelligence, plus character"
